| WE HAVE THE BASIC WEDDING CEREMONY PACKAGES SET UP BY THE SIZE OF THE GROUP! small groups ( 6-11 people) $ 399. medium groups (12 - 19 people) $ 599. and large groups ( 20-28 people) $ 899 THIS AMOUNT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING AS A DEPOSIT! MINIMUM 30 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELATION IS DUE OR A CHARGE OF $50. (AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES TO THE B&B )WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE DEPOSIT |

| the basic ceremony package in all sizes includes; 1 .booking and fees of the marriage commisioner 2. fresh cut flowers for the ceremony and in the happy couples room . 3. prepare /cater food trays ( you can choose any 2 selections from our list) 4. full service- fine china dishes, wine glasses, cups, silverware, serviettes etc. 5. gourmet coffee, fine teas selection, soft drinks, and bottled water 6. recorded music of your choice 7. we have a professional pastry chef to create your wedding cake ( cost of the cake is additional) 8. photo's -the staff of the Eagle's Nest B&B can take your photos during the ceremony 9..we offer service staff of one waiter/ress for a small group, 2 for a medium group, and 3 for a large group. |
